Umbra is a brand centered on exploring, constructing and breaking the boundaries of design. We sought to develop a brand that captures the projects’ distinctive design and contemporary form. Paying homage to the building's distinctive architecture, 'Umbra', meaning 'shadow', aptly references the structure's harmonious balance between light and dark. Formed by the distinctive and rich colours of the natural landscape, where each hue has its own mood, identity and tone, Umbra allows for a life of enduring comfort.
Through an in-depth analysis of the target buyer group, we devised a comprehensive sales strategy. Employing a multi-faceted approach, we hosted exclusive on-site events and a collaboration with luxury furniture retailer Coco Republic. To enrich the buyer experience, a dedicated sales suite was created within the DUET office where buyers could delve deep into project specifics, while also immersing themselves in the project's compelling narrative through finishes displays, render videos and captivating imagery.
